Our People

We’re a permanent core team of seventeen people, divided between creative, production and post-production.

Drawn from the world of advertising, film and television, the Kream team has a huge variety of production experience working with broadcasters ITV and Channel 4, film independents like Working Title and on features and TV, including Harry Potter and Silent Witness.

Our founders, director/producer duo Jon Harvey and Eddie Marshall, who have a highly successful commercials production background, were BAFTA nominated for their work on Nickelodeon prior to setting up Kream.

On a reasonable sized production we manage a production support team of up to 70 people, ensuring every detail of the production is taken care of.

Whatever the size of the project, we ensure that the right talent mix is allocated to achieve the best end result.
